All vendor costs—including movers, cleaning crews, appraisers, and specialized contractors—are passed through directly to you at cost. We vet the best professionals in the industry to ensure quality, but you only pay exactly what they charge. We do not mark up vendor services.

Our professional management and project oversight are billed at a flat rate of $100 per hour. This fee covers our expertise in strategic planning, vendor coordination, on-site management, and administrative logistics. Whether we are orchestrating a complex relocation or providing ongoing stewardship for your property, our time is dedicated to ensuring your project remains on schedule and within your vision.
