All vendor costs—such as movers, specialized cleaners, or repair contractors—are passed through directly to you at cost. You pay exactly what the vendor charges, ensuring our recommendations are always based on quality and your best interest.


Estate Stewardship is designed for seasonal residents, busy professionals, or executors of vacant properties. It includes regular property audits, vendor oversight (landscaping, pool, maintenance), and "ready-for-arrival" services. We ensure your property remains a managed asset rather than a source of stress.


Yes. Tame Space maintains professional liability insurance specifically for project management and estate oversight. Furthermore, a core part of our value is our vetting process. We only work with licensed and insured vendors who meet our standards for reliability and professionalism. We manage the entrance, exit, and performance of every contractor on your property, so you don't have to.


Trust is the foundation of our work. During the initial phase of any clearing, we prioritize the recovery of "sensitive assets"—including financial documents, legal records, and family heirlooms. These items are immediately secured and cataloged. We work closely with the executor or family lead to ensure these items are returned or handled according to your specific instructions before the clearing continues.


In many cases, our clients choose to be entirely off-site — and that's completely fine. Whether you're across the country or just across town, we're designed to work independently and keep you fully informed. We provide regular photo updates, video walk-throughs, and detailed progress reports so you stay in control without the physical and emotional weight of being present for every phase.
